Hi Team:
When i checking the UCD3138064RJAR spec and UCD3138 data sheet via Ti.com
I found the Junction temperature is different, one is 125 , another one is 150. as i see, they should be the same series, why come with difference spec?

The UCD3138 and the UCD3138064 are two different products. While the main difference between the two are the flash size, there are also minor differences such as the Max operating temperature ranges. If you look at section 8.3, the recommended operating temperatures are the same anyways. This is also why we have separate control card EVMs for each device.
