LM5113: UVLO Characteristics

Part Number: LM5113

Hi,

Looking at the UVLO rising thresholds on the LM5113 I noticed a discrepancy on the VHB-VHS when comparing the typical electrical characteristics and the characteristics over temperature.

On the typical characteristics it specifies there is a 2.5-3.9V range over temperature on the VHBR, which is not shown in the UVLO temperature graph.

Could you share clarification or additional characteristics for the UVLO values for this part?

  • Hi Silas,

Thanks for your patience and because William is out, I am picking up this thread.

The Electrical Characteristics table shows minimum and and maximum values across PVT (process, voltage, and temperature) corners. The "Typical Characteristics Curves" are as name suggests, "Typical". Poswer supply design engineers should design around Electrical Charateristics table values.

Please let us know if this answers your question.

    Thanks and regards,
