LM5176: Can this design support 10A current output?

Could you please fill out the Excel QuickStart calculator (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/snvc208 ) in order to perform a preliminary check of all the components? if the components used in this design especially the power stage have high enough ratings it should be able to support 10A output current, but in order for me to do the complete review of your design could you please fill out that excel sheet and send it to me, I will do a complete review.

After several months, the voltage of P23 (VCC) dropped below 5V, the 24V output was abnormal, and the chip was damaged. Is it related to design.
