We are working on capturing certain characteristics of the cell including voltages and temperature over the complete RSoC of the battery during discharge by reading all the registers with the "Start Log" button on the GUI for the Battery Management Studio 1.3.101. When this is captured for a short duration of time, there is no problem. But when done over an extended duration of time to cover the full discharge from 100% to 0% and then we try to save the log file, it fails and the log file is shown as empty.
This is probably happening because the GUI is storing all data on RAM and then writing to the log file at once towards the end. Probably because the buffer size has exceeded or some other issue, it fails to write to the log.
Could you please look into this and fix this issue at the earliest. We are not able to efficiently capture data and debug the real issues in our design due to this concern during data capture.
