Hi team,

could you help on the following questions:

Time required for current/temperature detection,（ this is the time from the temperature (current) anomaly to the shutdown of the output ）
Whether the test is determined by multiple tests or is closed as soon as a peak reaches？
Recovery time，Recovery time, the time from when the chip detects that the temperature (current) returns to the normal range to the normal voltage output

Hello Hazel,

Please refer to the internal propagation delays for the current limit and TSD circuits.

1. Current limit (ILIM) propagation delay is typically 50ns (time between the current reached the ILIM until switch turns off)

2. TSD de-glitch time is 10us (nominal) --> the time it takes for the IC stop switching when Tj = TSD
