Hi Yarisel, the PCN for Cu wire went out in CY2012. May I know why you're asking this question now?
Our requirements does not allow the Cu bond wire usage but every LDC we’ve ordered so far as gold bond wires. We would like to confirm which was the last LDC with gold wire.
Hi Yarisel, I need to check with the Assembly site. Do you happen to know when you placed your last order for this device? Was it recent or from years back?
At least I have a LDC from 1836. In the PCN it looks like there is an alternative of gold wire bond. Could you confirm that too?
Hi Yarisel, for this device, the BOM was converted to Cu wire only starting January 2023. LTC 31xxxx will all be Cu wire.
LTC stands Lot Trace Code, 3 for CY 2023 and 1 for January. Date Codes with 2023 January will be Cu wire.
Hi Yarisel, is the 2149 from the topmark? Can you send me the Ship Trace Code STC or LTC Lot Trace Code from the Label. It will be best to check using the STC/LTC. We could have both Cu and Au wire alternate BOM at that time.
Let me check with Assembly Site. Please standby as it's already their weekend.
Hi Yarisel, per our Assembly contact, Lot Trace Code 1CAKE5T is built with Gold Wire.
Hi Lorena.
Could you confirm what change in the material declaration for TLC7705QD LDC1945 and TLC7705QD LDC2149? Or could you provide the material declaration for both?
Thanks,
Yarisel
Hi! You can find the material declaration in TI's portal Material content search | Texas Instruments (ti.com) There should be no difference in the material declaration for DC 1945 and DC2149.
