Why does the software Battery Management Studio page prompt "Packet checksum mismatch"" No acknowledge from device" when I connect the device to the battery pack input/output terminal?

When the battery pack input and output terminals are not connected, these issues are not mentioned on the page.

This is a strange thing. Does anyone understand why?Thanks~
