TPS2663: TPS26635 fall in 40v input

Hi,

In my design I have the following component “TPS26635”,  EFUSE with polarity protect.

The problem is that around 40V input from EXT Voltage supply I get fall in the output of the EFUSE (PAD33).

I can’t find the problem.

My requirements from this component is :

1. Input\output from 5V-50V.
2. Current consumption from load should support ~5A.
