I can I override the BQ24073 charger NTC input with the output of an op-amp? Our battery has a 100K NTC rather than the default 10K value. Will this cause any issues?

The requirement for the IC to operate properly is to ensure the voltage on the TS pin remains within the required voltage levels. The bq24072, bq24073, bq24074, bq24075, and bq24079 TS pin contains a 75uA current source. You can use your opamp to override this current source and apply a fixed voltage to the TS pin that matches the expected voltage for a 10k NTC wtih a 75uA current source driven through it.
