Hello,

Can you recommend alternates for LTB parts LM4120 and LM4125A?

Let me know if there are multiple suitable options.

    Hello,

    What voltage levels are you looking for?

    For most voltage outputs, the REF4132 is a drop in replacement for the LM4120 and is also what I would suggest as an alternate for the LM4125A.

    However, if your output voltage is less than 2.5 V, I would suggest the REF35, which has a 6 pin SOT23 package rather than a 5 pin SOT23 package, but has 1.8 V and 2.048 V options.

    Both the REF4132 and the REF35 meet or improve upon the LM4120 and LM4125A specifications.

    Hi Jackson,

    Thanks for the insight. For the REF4132, what happens if the EN pin is left floating? Will the part still work or will it be unpredictable?

    You should input the correct voltage on the ENABLE pin for the REF4132 as described in the datasheet. I would not leave it floating.
