Hi,

Please see below for comments. Please double check the custom schematic with Figure 10-2. BQ25629 Application Diagram on the d/s and the EVM design.

1. PMID needs at least 10uF and 0.1uF caps.

2. VBAT needs at least 10uF cap.

we are not using PMID, do we still need to make the change?

Hi,

PMID is the actual power input to the charger and it needs at least 10uF and 0.1uF caps.
