TPS61023: Easily burned during work

vin 4v boost to 5.2V, it's  Easily burned during work

    1.FB resistance is too small and will increase the loss, but this is not likely to damage the part.

    2.I don't know your load current. For large output current, the output cap might be too small. 

    MLCC has DC bias effect which means its capacitance will reduce when DC voltage is applied. Please go to the webpage of the manufacturer and check the effective capacity of Cin and Cout.

    Taking this Murata GRM188R61A226ME15 as an example, its capacitance will reduce by 74.7% at 5V voltage, which mean this 22uF cap only has 5.5uF effective capacitance under 5V voltage.

    3. Other parts seems okay, the damage is most likely caused by layout problem.
