Hi team.

Recently, we got a gate driver to replace their legacy solution NIS6622A. We promoted UCC21550-Q1 to compete.

 

Actually it’s an industrial application – Solar inverter. Is there an industrial grade version of UCC21550-Q1? Or do you think if we have any industrial grade part can be more cost competitive here?
