Hello Statham,
After looking at the data you sent over, it seems like your current supply is not stable. It is understandable to have some dynamic load during discharge but not during charge. During the charge cycle it appears that the current spikes from charge to discharge. This unsteady supply could be the cause of the SOC drop.

Jonny T.
Hello Jonny:
it seems like your current supply is not stable.
Did you mean voltage drops? but before RSOC drops (100% to 82%), that voltage is stable, why it drops faster?

This battery pack works on ePOS device together, when charging state that system should be working, then you will see discharging current, I think most battery pack has this behavior, I think it should be fixed by some methods, please let us know how to optimize it?
Looking forward your feedback.
Thanks a lot.
Hello Jonny:
Would you please follow up these questions?
We are waiting for your feedback.
Thanks a lot.
Hello Statham,
I see spiky current during charge and discharge. See below:
What is your application load profile? Is it constant current?
