During the module charging experiment conducted by our company (with external DC source directly connected to BMS P+and P -), we found the following issues: 1. During the charging process, the BMS is controlled by the GUI to suddenly cut off the charging MOS driver. At this time, the charging MOS driver of the AFE is pulled down, and the MOS is closed. However, during the charging of the MOS , the driving force of the discharged MOS will also decrease, as shown in the following figure:
2. By adjusting the resistance R136 in the figure below from 100R to 10K, the decrease in DSG (discharge MOS drive) is significantly reduced, but the driving voltage remains between 7V and 8V. Only by reopening the charging MOS drive can DSG (discharge MOS drive) return to normal (approximately 10V);
