Hi Team,
just want to check if there is p2p SOIC-8 charge pump
actual application: +5V to -5V or +12V to -5V
requirement : 3-18V Vin, -3~-18V Vout, 100mA. Fsw= 120k~1.25MHz,
I checked the website and seems no 12V Vin charge pump, then only +5V Vin. please kindly help recommend suitable one. Thanks.
