TPS65987D: VBUS NO OUTPUT

Part Number: TPS65987D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65987, TPS54560

HI,Dear.

It is the first time to use the tps65987 and unfortunately I encounter a strange problem that there are no output of the chip pin VBUS2.

My situation is as below:

1. there is no external flash,  the Device Configuration "Configuration 1" which its role is DFP and 5V@3A is enough, it meets my request.

2. LDO_3V3 is always on, ADCIN1 is set to 0.13. MISO is pulled down via a 1K resistor.

3. I2C1 connected to MCU, because it exist possible additional configuration such as DR-SWAP in the further.

4. Of course, PP_HV1 is used for sinking and PP_HV2 used for sourcing.

My design looks quite same to the TPS65987EVM (PSIL060) board except GPIO.

After powering on, I think TPS65987 can run directly in the mode of Configuration 1 and work well .

In the fact I supply 5V to the pin of PP_HV2, but no output on the pin of VBUS2. It seems that the internal power switch is disable.

How can I resolve it? please help me, thanks you!
