BQ24610: Vref value abnormal

Hi, team:

My customer use BQ24610 as reference design, and VIn=19V, 4 cell battery. but when they found Vref have a abnormal wave and charger's ACDRV will restart.

I hope to know what's situation will cause Vref's value abnormally, could you help give some debug suggestions?

Hi Hailey,

Where is the VREF capacitor grounded? We recommend routing ground for components connected to dc pins like VREF, TS, ISET away from the switching components. That "analog" ground should only connect at the IC GND pin.
