Hi Team,
Is there a wide body version of our UCC5350SBDR?

Hi Frank,
The UCC5320SC has a DWV package. It has a respectable output current and is also lower cost. 12V UVLO is usually okay as long as you have enough power supply decoupling.
The UCC5350MC-Q1 also is a DWV package if you still want the high drive current. It has a Miller clamp, instead of split outputs, but you can still have split outputs if you add a diode externally in parallel with Rg, and the Miller clamp would be an added benefit.
Unfortunately we do not have every UVLO in every package in every conficguration for every UCC53X0 device. However, They are all very competitive device and are well known by our customers for their ruggedness and reliability. Compared to other drivers, they often have higher integrated output current into large loads, such as >10nF Ciss switches and parallel switch loads. Please see a competitive analysis measurement below, which highlights high output current and low propagation delay.
Best regards,
Sean
Hi Sean,
I would like to follow this case with you offline. Thanks.
