    Hi Jamie,

    thanks for reaching out. The max. Duty cycle of this device depends on the minimum Ton/Toff of the MOSFETs.

    In Boost mode, the maximum duty cycle is limited by the min boost on-time. For 250kHz this would be around 93%.

    In Buck mode, the minimum Duty cycle would be around 9%. As soon as the on time in buck mode operation exceeds the minimum on time or the off time in boost mode
    exceeds the minimum off time, the control transits to the buck-boost operation.
