Please explain what are 'REF' and 'VREF' and which is (REF or VREF) the internal reference (2.5V) in TL431 IC mentioned in the below table(image) from the attached link Application Report: Shunt Regulator Design Procedures for Secondary Feedback Loop in Isolated Converter.
