Hi team,

Is there any 80V/100V NMOS with better specifications than CSD19536KTT? The SOA characteristics are required to be as good as possible, and the package can be larger than TO-263.

    Hello Nison,

    Thanks for the inquiry. The CSD19536KTT is our highest performance, 100V FET in D2PAK. The only other option would be the 80V, CSD19506KTT which has slightly lower on resistance (2.3mΩ max vs. 2.4mΩ max at VGS = 10V). However, the CSD19506KTT SOA performance is not as good as the CSD19536KTT. Both devices are also available in a leaded TO-220 package.
