I have two boards that used bq25792 found that bq25792s were damaged. When the board is not powered, use a multimeter to measure the VSYS pin, which shows a very low resistance (0-50 ohms). Confirm that it is not a fault with other devices. After replacing bq25792, the board works normally.
The charging voltage configured by tps25750 is 16.8V, the charging current is 1.2A, and the surface temperature of the chip is about 50 ℃ during charging. The load current in battery discharge mode is 92mA. During prototype testing, found that the cable of the battery had unstable contact resistance sometimes, and the battery was sometimes plugged or unplugged necessary for software debugging.
