Lp8863 power dissipation can be calculated in below: 1)headroom voltage of output pin(typical 0.7V) * channel current.2)VDD voltage * VDD current.

I think Gate drive loss should be included. How do you think?

If you agree, the gate driver loss is Vg x Qg?

As the gate driver is from charge pump or VDD, it is contained in VDD*current of VDD, no need to calculate again.
