That specification you listed seems to be more related to full/ceramic space grade applications.

Hi Daniel,
My apologies for not being more specific. EEE-INST-002 has a section (Section M4) for Plastic Encapsulated Microcircuits (PEMs). I believe all of TI's Space Enhanced Plastic components fall under this category of PEMs. Please let me know if I am mistaken here.
In that case, I'll rephrase my original question - are the TI Space Enhanced Plastic Components screened to EEE-INST-002 Level 3 for PEMs?

Taking a glance at the PEM-INST-001 which is referenced in PEM-INST-002 I can see a burn in requirement which is not detailed in our qualification plan.
We follow everything seen on page 37 of the app note I linked.
