Hello,

I have 22-100V input and I need 24V 500mA isolated output. Do you have any suggestions?

LM5169 in flybuck configuration could work.

Is the fly buck works as a step-up, my input voltage can go down to 22?

Yes, you can have a step up on your coupled inductor you just want to make sure you keep it low. A rule of thumb I have heard in the past is keeping it below 2, preferably, 1.5.

In addition, you need to make sure peak primary current limit isn't hit, so the inductance needs to be sized accordingly.
