Hello,

There is a PSpice transient model on the website for LM25149-Q1, but unfortunately, it is encrypted, so I can't import it into Tina.
How can I access the spice code that is suitable for Tina?

Also, I tried to request the PSpice® for TI design and simulation tool for simulating LM25148 in Tina, but I couldn't.

Please help me with how can I access the .cir code for modeling this IC in the Tina.

Hi Leila,

Unfortunately we don't release unencrypted models for our newer devices.

Also Tina is not a suitable simulator for this part's complexity and relatively high frequency.

You should be able to get help with installing pspice for TI on E2E, please ask a related question with that in the thread title.

You should be able to request the software in the downloads section.

Do you not see the red request button?

Unfortunately I don't know how to help with that, please ask a new question for help with installing PSPICE for TI.

Hello,

Thank you. I asked a new question in Pspice for TI froum.

I need a Buck controller that has HO and LO pins in my project like LM25149-Q1 or LM5141. Please introduce a buck controller (with HO and LO ) whose spice model is available for analysis in TINA or LTspice.

Hi Leila,

LM5116 has Tina model, that might be the most helpful.

Also LM5145 and LM5146 have unencrypted PSPICE model, perhaps you can import that to anther spice program.
