TPS25948EVM: auto-rety functionality

Hi,

I am evaluating TPS25948EVM for my design. 

As per datasheet TPS259480AYWP ( auto-rety enable ) should restart automatically after expiry of Trst which is 103 ms. 

What i am observing is that the auto-rety is not functioning as expected.

For example 

On the eval board U1 configured with current limit of 3A. 

D3 turns on if the current drawn is more than 3A ( expected behaviour ).

But if  the current drwan is decreased to a lower value , D3 keeps on  till the current is decreaded  1.5A. ( as per my understadning D3 should turn off  103 ms after the over current condition is removed )

Request you to eloborate auto-rety functionality

    Anurag,

    I will recommend probing VIN,VOUT,FLT and input current to know exactly what is happening. It would be difficult to tell from LED status as we might see LED with same brightness even if it is receiving PWM because of FLT pulse.
