Tian,
Looks like you are not communicating properly with the bq20z80 - It maybe in the sealed state. bqEasy during its operation tries to access the DF - which is not accessible sometimes (depending on which device) - If it is not able to do so, it outputs similar error. Both errors point to same symptom - either device is sealed or in a mode you cannot communicate with it. Try reprogramming the part fresh and ensure you can communicate properly ( you can read both SBS and DF screens ).

Sambit
Your gauge is sealed. You will need to send the unseal keys to Manufacturer Access to read extended SBS commands and data flash. Reprogramming firmware will not work in the sealed state.
Hi,
I have essentially the same problem. I will present my print sceens :
After a attempt to read or write on a register:
After a attempt to program on a file .senc:
And after to read Data Flash:
This behavior occurs after writing a .DFI.
Special cases noted:
- Battery with a GoldenPack è programing .senc (Batt OK) è Write version .dfi before GoldenPack è Batt KO.
- Battery with cycle count > 200 è write “Texas Instrument .dfi” (Batt OK) è programing .senc (Batt OK) è Write version .dfi before to write “Texas Instrument .dfi” è Batt KO.
Can you help me find the batteries ?
(Writing a file .dfi, TI or not, does not help.)
Note:
The file DFI contain only the Data Flash (.gg) encrypted, but why after to write à Golden Pack on a battery which has already cycled, his Max Error = 1%? There is no difference between the DFI and ROM (.senc)?
Thank you in advance
