Hello Venkatesh,

Please provide your PFC schematic diagram and a copy of the UCC28180 Excel Calculator Tool that you filled out for your project. 
If you didn't use the tool, please download it here: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SLUC506 and fill in the user-entry cells with the values of the respective components in your design.  

Also, if you can, please provide screen-captures of input current (as above) along with ICOMP and VCOMP, each at 1V/div, time sweep to be 5ms/div.

Kindly let me know the changes to be done please,and where is the problem

under no load condition Power, input current, Icomp and Vcomp signal

at 250W approximate load

Hello Venkatesh,

Uli will be out until Monday. On your design calculator, you used a much higher input capacitor than recommended. Why did you choose this input capacitance?

Also, does the current distortion gradually increase as you increase the power or does it spike at a certain power level?

Hi,

I am using Rheostat load, gradually increase from no load to full load,spike increases by increasing load.

Capacitor value little higher is good right?

I assumed Safety factor 10 to 20% higher than recommended value i used.

do i need to reduce it? waiting for your  advice,  what else should i do? please guide me,i am waiting
