Hi TI,

Good day,

We have a requirement of 1.1V to 0.75V/300mA .

Vin(Minimum):1.078volts

Vin(Max):1.220 Volts

Iout(Max);300mA

Vout typ:0.75 volts

Will you recommend any LDO. for above mentioned requirement.

Hi Harish,

We don't have anything that I know of which will take 1.078V and generate 0.75V directly. You will need one more larger voltage to act as a BIAS rail. If you have this additional voltage, above Vin and below 5.5V, I would use look at the TPS7A10 or TPS7A13. If the only power supply available is 1.1V (from 1.078V to 1.22V) then you can look at our charge pump portfolio for options on generating a slightly larger voltage (let me know if you want assistance with this).

Thank you Stephen...incase 1.8V is typical input ...apart from below listed..will you recommend with high PSRR and Low noise.

Hi Harish,

The best options for automotive rated LDOs which can reach an output of 0.75V are the LDOs which you have listed. Our higher PSRR LDOs have a minimum output voltage of 0.8V, which seems too much of an error%. We do have some options in the non-automotive LDOs, would you be open to look at these options?
