TPS2116: Current consumption on PR1 and Mode pin

Part Number: TPS2116

Hi Team,

I have concern regarding this power path changing IC. In my application we have Vin1 connected to 4.2V (PR1 is connected to Vin1 vias Resistor divider and Mode is directly connected to Vin1). My Vin2 is connected to 4V battery supply. When my VIn1 is gone the IC will change to Vin2 is understandable, but my source of 4.2V on Vin1 has a concern that what is the current consumed by the Mode Pin when the 4.2V is disconnected. The reason is that, when the 4.2V is disconnected/Degrading, the degrading voltage/Joules will be used by a IC for min 100mS to store data and shutdown. I can see that the pin consumes 0.1uA. But I wanted to make sure from TI people to confirm it.

For better understanding. please let me know what is the current consumption of the Mode pin when the voltage level of Vin1 falls from 4.2V to 0V. A quick reply on this one much appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Ranjith.
