LM5145: 400W regulator design

Hi,

I need to design a 400W regulator with 60V input and 24-48V 8A output.
Is this part able to handle it?

If this is not ideal part for this application, can you recommend me one that is?

Jakub,

LM5145 should work yes.

Also consider LM5148, the current-mode control loop might be easier to keep stable for the adjustable output voltage.

Thank you for your reply.

Actually I will need IC with adjustable current limit.
I found LM5117.
Will it be ok for this type of application?

Yes LM5117 is suitable for that application.
