TPS61099: Boost with Pass-Through Mode for Vin_max of 6V

Is there a Boost Regulator with Integrated MOSFET having Pass-Through Mode for Vin range greater than 5.5V ? I see that Pass-through feature in Integrated MOSFET Boost are available for low-Vin only like parts TPS10699, TPS61033 & TSP61023 that have Vin max as 5.5V.

Hello KmB,

Which input voltage do you need? We do have controllers with external MOSFETs that have this feature.

Thanks for your reply! My input range is 2.7V to 6V and I am looking for internal MOSFET with 1A switch current. Please can you share if any options.

Hi KmB,

I cannot locate any boost converter with integrated switch with an input voltage of more than 5.5V. Would there be a possibility to limit the input voltage to 5.5V?
