I would need this information in order to know if I have to perform LAT on the parts procured or not.

Hi Stephane,

The qualification summary is related to reliability tests that were performed on the product before the release to production few years ago. Once product is released to production, every part is tested electrically on ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to ensure the part meets data sheet specifications.
