These device are extremely robust. Please see quality information here, specifically "MTBF/FIT Estimates" and "Life test" sections for additional information on this.

This report only showed “MTBF/FIT” and “Life test”, it doesn’t mean this chip can operate 10ms(100Hz) on/off for long life time.
Hi Alex,
As far as quality/reliability goes, the MTBF/FIT rate should be used. As long as the data sheet parameters are not violated, this device can operate indefinitely (superseded by the MTBF/FIT rate). Note that switching this device with 100Hz signal is not a violation of the data sheet parameters.
