UCC14141-Q1: VIN=6V operation? Noise data upto 100MHz? and EN responstime?

Hi team, 

Could you answer lower three questions?

(1) What happen on its output voltage / output power / operatoin in the case input voltage becomes 6V?

(2) Do you have conducted noise test data upto 100MHz? 

(3) Do you have EN signel respons time until output voltage is in steady state? Figure 8-5. Output voltage Soft-Start Diagram shows timing diagram but does not include respons time (ms). Is it depending on how much COUT2 or COUT3 is used?

    • UCC14141EVM-068 User Guide, Figure 5-18 shows EN to /PG delay measured as 4.7ms. From the scope plot below, the time from EN to both output reaching steady state is ~3ms.
