The maximum height of our SOT 23 package is 1.45mm.

The 1.45mm is the absolute maximum, the device could be slightly shorter, but 1.45mm is the tallest it will be.

That's fine, but we need to know the typical value to know it's exact tolerence.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the typical is going to be 1.25mm.
