The design you are referring came from a National Semiconductor reference design before National joined TI. As a result, TI does not have the design files/components stored in the database normally used. I can't seem to locate any details about the TDK DCT15EFD-U45S004 construction. My best recommendation is to try and contact TDK directly or you can search the TI reference design data base here and perhaps find another design that matches your parameters.
