The customer is reviewing UCC14141 for the high voltage PTC heater project.
UCC14141 operating voltage range : 8 ~18 V.
Falling voltage of UVLO is typ 7.4V.
Rising voltage of OVLO is typ 22V.
The PTC heater must be a warranty for the operating voltage range (8-18V).
There is no problem with UVLO or OVLO being operated and turned off with 8-18V specification over.
The use of a diode on the power input will result in a drop.
An ideal diode circuit using the FET is under review to min drops.
Schematic cannot be released by security.
