BQ24610: PCB Layout Review

Good day,

I've previously had an issue with our BQ24610 charger burning and identified the problem as poor PCB layout (initial design was 2 layer PCB with single sided assembly) . I've redesigned our charger based on the BQ24610EVM and other guideline documentation received on this forum.

Is it possible for this design layout to be reviewed for any potential issues before I try get an assembled print for testing?

Details of the redesign:

- 4 layer PCB

- double sided assembly

- PCB area per layer (28mm x 60mm)

- Adapter max current (2A)

- Adapter voltage (14.6V)

- Pre-charge (0.3A)

- Fast-charge (1.15A)

- 3S Cell 18650 Battery Pack (Full charge cut off should be 12.6V)

I'll add as much detail to this thread in order to help confirm if this design will operate safely or identify any potential hazzards.
