BQ25622: Not switching to charge mode when VBUS applied

We have a BQ25622 based charging system in a new product and it is refusing to enter charge mode when VBUS is applied.

LiPo battery voltage is 3.340V and the VBUS supply is 5.007V as read by the internal ADC. 

We have dumped the complete register set and cannot see any problems, see below:

Any help would appreciated.

    Hi,

    1. It looks like VINDPM is triggered (REGx1D[2]=1). Please double check VINDPM setting (REDx08). It should be lower than 5V.

    2. Please also double check the part number REGx38[5:3].
