Vstart and Vstop are not mentioned except in the formula for calculating R4 and R5. V_en_rising and falling seem to imply the bounds of the hysteresis window at which the lockout engages, for a falling or rising input voltage.
I want to set the device to only start operating at 22V, all the way to the upper 28V limit of the input range, however the datasheet feels ambiguously worded, and thus far my interpretation of it resulted in values for the resistors that seem way out of the ballpark.
