LM7480-Q1: Bulk current injection test failure at certain frequencies of 95 MHz, 100 MHz and 300 MHz

Dear Team,

We need your support in resolving the BCI test failure issue which we are facing.

We are using LM74800QDRRRQ1 in our ongoing project of 300 watt 48 to 14V DC DC converter. The LM74800QDRRRQ1 is used to drive the back to back N-MOS connected at the 14V output of DC DC.  

Below is the schematic. The Vs voltage waveform is shown below in both the cases of normal and abnormal operation (BCI test failure at 95 and 300 MHz).
