I have questions about TPS23754EVM-420 Schematic (slvu301)

Should I use diode (D13,D14) ?
Could you pls tell me the reason.

D14. always. It protects against input overvoltage due to hotplug to 50V (classic L-C ring with step voltage) or current-limited pass MOSFET turnoff (energy storred in input wiring and devices).

Use of D13 and a number of other devices is dictated by your application. Predominantly these are there for PSE priority and PSE hot backup of adapter ORing. See SLVA306A and the datasheet for guidance.
