Part Number: BQ28Z610

Hi

I have a query need your help.

First charge and discharge with 7A constant current, the curve is normal. After full charge again, use 15W to discharge, the curve is abnormal.

The CHEM ID is selected and full learned.

Attached the gg file and the log data.

15W放(1) (1).logbq28z6100v1.gg.csv

Please help check it.

Thanks

  • Hello Star,

There's no RSOC jump here. The problem is that the gauge estimated Full charge capacity based on the previous discharged load (7A). In other words the gauge underestimated FCC. This is mainly because load select is set to 7 which uses  Max Avg P.

Try changing load select to 06 and change user rate cW to -1500cW. See below

Gas Gauging IT Cfg User Rate-cW -1500 cW
