for the UJ4C075023K4S mosfet, Crss = 2.5pF. let the dv/dt be 40v/ns. Thus Imiller = 2.5p x 40V/ns be the maximum possible miller current injection. Was my calculation correct ?

Yes, that is correct since Crss = Cgd of a FET.
