If by FMEA data you mean permanent failures to analyze what went wrong, then see Section 8 in TRM. Lifetime Data Logging Features.

Hi Jose-san,

I assume Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for the device pins of the BQ27542-G1.
For example, like the following "TPS63020-Q1 PIN FMEA".
