TPS735-Q1: FMEDA file

Hi team,

My customer is carrying out FMEDA activity on one project and the manufacture number is TPS73512QDRBRQ1.

But I couldn’t find any functional safety information( failure rate, failure mode, failure distribution and others) on TI website about this IC.

Can you please help me with these information?
