Hello team,
When we do the hard-short test and set the short-circuit current to 120A, the inrush IC reach 146A then shutdown.
Double confirm the Short-circuit protection mechanism here: when the short-circuit threshold is reached, the IC will delay 1.16us (typical), then the PD would turn off the MOS?
Is there any other delay between detect the SC threshold and turn off the MOS?
So the tsc spec is the same spec
